	After all the exercise in the morning it was back to the Long House for lunch.
	Next, it was time to drive over to Alder Lake, with some great scenery along the way.
	The site of the sadly vanished Art's Blue Room, haven to many a staff member on a night out.
	Another vanished watering hole, the innovative bar-in-a-barn known as Stephanie's.
	Happily, unlike much of Livingston Manor, the Robin Hood Diner is still in business.
	Greg Hughes, Alison Hughes and Walt Bailey stopped in town for some essential supplies.
