Warning fences and piles of dirt show something's up at the Council House.

The piles of old tents and other debris have been removed from the former dining hall.

There's a lot going on - including the roof coming off.

Trenches have been dug to allow repairs to the foundation.

A good deal of digging was needed to allow access to the foundation.

Looking at the size of the workers will show what a big job it was to pull all of those old shingles off.
